The power of ‘and’

One of our shorts. This one is about how to open ideas up rather than close them down. I run loads of co-creation and innovation workshops (yep, even over Zoom) and the momentum killer is always “yes, but”. Building on the improv maxim of “yes, and” I only insist on one rule in my workshops. I ban “yes but” and insist on “yes and”. Here’s a short video about it.
